Avid Harry Potter fan and published author Meredith McCardle wanted a personal and original literary piece on her wall. What first began as the desire to fill her wall with a French poem, the Potterhead quickly came to her senses and painted her wall with the first page of Harry Potter And The Sorcerer’s Stone in a time frame of over 60 hours. As an honorary member of The Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, McCardle writes on her Twitter that “Harry Potter is a religion,” which she takes seriously.
“I no longer believed in the idea of soul mates, or love at first sight. But I was beginning to believe that a very few times in your life, if you were lucky, you might meet someone who was exactly right for you. Not because he was perfect, or because you were, but because your combined flaws were arranged in a way that allowed two separate beings to hinge together.”
Live to laugh
Live to love
Live to break
Live to put yourself back together
Live to care
Live to hurt
Live to be who you want
Live to be who you are
Live for the bad times
and…Live for the good
Live for adventure
Live for uncertainty
Live to try
Live to be imperfect
Live for others
Live for yourself
Live for me.
